menopausal symptoms, PMT, asthma,eczema, hayfever, allergies, migraines, depression, anxiety, ailments during pregnancy and support with fertility, stress, childbirth, childhood, illnesses, behavioural problems, digestive problems, IBS, Chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, grief; to name but a few. Reflexology: is a popular and relaxing holistic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the soles,tops and sides of feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body.The feet are seen as a map of the body.I work on these reflexes using fingers and thumbs using specialised massage techniques aiming to release blocked energy and imbalances.
The potential benefits are: reduce stress, feelings of deep relaxation, increased energy levels, release of endorphins; the bodies feel good hormones, improved circulation, removal of toxins.;

Indian Head Massage: is a Massage therapy that works specifically on the area surrounding the neck,head,scalp,face,neck and shoulders and upper back.My training is the authentic Indian Head Massage and I gained a VTCT Diploma. I use organic essential oils ( which is optional) but can enhance the therapy and also helps to stimulate new hair growth.Potential benefits, reduce stress,improve hair condition,increased energy levels,improved circulation,stimulation and improvement of circulatory and lymphatic systems
Stress Management / Mindfulness: I use therapeutic techniques, ie relaxation,breathing techniques, an individual therapy which is tailored to to induce wellbeing.I facilitate workshops(check out dates) (tba).
